Going Green? Sign up to receieve Amcon E-Invoices!

Amcon can now deliver your invoice via email.

Amcon can now deliver your invoice via email.

It’s been a transitional summer at Amcon.  Some of these transitions may have been apparent to you, our customers, but some changes were more behind the scenes.  One of our more “public” projects was the launch our new web site in July.  If you have been following this blog, you may remember our posts about some of the new features and behaviors of the latest Amcon web site.

A project that occurred at Amcon over the past couple of weeks, that you probably did not know about, was the upgrade we made to the Amcon accounting system.  There are a number of  benefits to this new system, one of which is the ability to email invoices to customers as opposed to sending the invoices via snail mail.

E-invoices have benefits for both us and our customers.  E-invoices take out the printing, stuffing and mailing time, labor and cost for Amcon.  More savings in mailing out invoices translates into better prices for our customers.  E-invoices also mean less clutter for our customers, because communication with Amcon will all be digital.

If you like the idea of receiving your Amcon bills via email instead of snail mail, take a minute to sign up for e-delivery of invoices.   Just go to our web site and look for the green button on the top left corner of the Amcon home page.  If you click on this button, you will be brought to a page where you can sign up for the e-delivery.  Let’s step into the future together and get digital with our invoices!
